The ebony truss rod covers shown below are available off the shelf. They are the standard size for mandolins and banjos (2 1/4" long and holes 1 15/16" center to center) and are approximately .10" thick. They can also be used on bouzoukis if the bouzouki has a standard size truss rod cover.
I plan to have more variations available in the future.
